Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.

This includes and extends your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, which guarantees a minimum of 14 days.

To be eligible for a return:

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return shipping is paid by the customer and the amount is withdrawn from refund of original payment once products have been returned.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method with cost of return deducted
Original shipping costs are not refunded
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in accordance with EU law

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different size or model, please place a new order and return the original item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.

In these cases, we will of course cover the return shipping cost and resolve the issue promptly.
